Assistant Coach, Golf (Part Time) bei Aquinas College

Aquinas College is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Golf Coach to support the men’s and women’s golf programs.

This part-time position will assist in all aspects of team management, including practice planning, player development, recruiting,

and event travel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to student-athlete success, sportsmanship, and the

mission of Aquinas College.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist with organizing and conducting practices and team workouts

● Support the Head Coach in planning and executing tournament travel and logistics

● Help identify and recruit prospective student-athletes

● Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on and off the course

● Ensure adherence to NAIA, WHAC, and institutional rules and policies

Qualifications:

● Previous playing or coaching experience in golf (collegiate level preferred)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
