A dynamic couple based in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Estate Manager to oversee their residences and ensure seamless management of their personal lifestyle. The role will be based in Scottsdale, where the primary residence is located, as well as travel to additional properties in California, Idaho, and Cabo. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both large-scale projects and day-to-day operations.  Open to relocating the right candidate.  This role is looking to hire immediately.

• Provide comprehensive estate management across multiple properties
• Implement and maintain organized systems for tracking tasks and projects, ensuring principals are informed in real time
• Manage both strategic, high-level projects and routine daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise domestic staff
• Coordinate vendors for ongoing maintenance, repairs, and special projects, including renovations and remodels
• Oversee property readiness for the principals’ and guests’ arrivals and departures
• Track and manage expenses for all properties, ensuring efficient cost control
• Supervise maintenance of vehicles and marine assets
• Develop and maintain detailed household manuals for each property
• Manage deliveries, returns, and household logistics
• Oversee pet care, including appointments, licensing, and related services
• Liaise with tax accountants (CLA) and review all invoices for accuracy
