About the role

Join Sodexo' as a Senior Property Manager based in Darwin, NT. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and leased to maximise returns. In this strategic position, you will play a key part in supporting Sodexo's growth and expansion in the commercial property sector.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail and industrial spaces

  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial reporting

  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns

  • Liaise with clients, tenants and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting and key performance indicators

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiencies

  • Ensure properties are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations

  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on all property-related matters

 

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior property management role, ideally within the commercial sector

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective property strategies

  • Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in using property management software and tools

  • Thorough understanding of relevant property legislation, regulations and compliance requirements

  • Exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills

  • Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field
