About the role

MSS Security is currently seeking versatile Security Officers to join our Brisbane Relief team on a full-time basis to work across multiple client sites, offering variety and flexibility. You’ll help keep environments safe, provide support to staff and visitors, and ensure buildings remain secure through active patrols and clear communication. As the role spans various locations, flexibility is essential you’ll need to be available to work across a rotating 24/7 roster.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Carry out static guarding, mobile patrols, lock/unlock buildings, and provide crowd control when required.
• Visitors sign in/induction, Check identification and issue access cards.
• Write reports in response to incidents or unusual activity, ensuring all information is documented.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from customers, stakeholders, and visitors
• Access control and monitor CCTV
• Conduct foot patrols internal and external

Skills & Experience:

• Full Australian working rights.
• Certificate II in Security Operations and Current First aid
• Valid QLD Security license.
• Valid QLD Drivers license with no restrictions.
• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Strong customer service skills and professional presentation.
