We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to Associate to join our Compensation team in Adelaide working for Partners, Michael Dwyer and Domenic Nocera.
About the team and the work
This large and vibrant team, specialise in acting for RTWSA, self-insured employers and insurers in statutory litigation matters and providing strategic advice on minimising claims liability.
You will be involved in running litigation in the South Australian Employment Tribunal and the Supreme Court/ Court of Appeal.
This practice is high volume and will allow you to become a subject matter expert in this area of law through support from senior team members.
You will be mentored and encouraged to develop your skills whilst supporting the senior members of the team on a wide range of matters.

About you
At least 1+ years' experience gained in a well-regarded Insurance practice.
Previous experience in personal injury claims and workers' compensation is ideal.
You will also have some advocacy skills or be interested in developing these.
Some advice skills and proven file management experience are essential.
