What this opportunity involves: 

 

Join JLL's prestigious Lendlease Account as a Commercial Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing two of Melbourne's premier office towers - One Melbourne Quarter and Two Melbourne Quarter. This dynamic position offers exceptional growth opportunities, with a clear pathway to General Manager level over the coming years as our portfolio expands.

 

You'll be at the forefront of customer service excellence, working alongside our General Manager, Finance Manager, and Operations Team to deliver outstanding experiences for our building occupants whilst managing all commercial aspects of these world-class properties.

 

 

An overview of the role:  

 

·       Lead proactive tenant communication across multiple channels including digital walls, tenant portals, and regular forums

·       Partner with our Customer Relationship Manager and Concierge team to deliver exceptional service to all building occupants and visitors

·       Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, reporting, capital expenditure, rent roll management, and debt collection

·       Support budget preparation, outgoings estimates, asset planning, and quarterly reporting

·       Manage lease administration, monthly invoicing, incentive claims, rent reviews, and licence agreements

·       Maintain strong relationships with building owners and prepare comprehensive quarterly reports

·       Collaborate on quarterly income and operating expenditure reforecasts

·       Manage car park levies and monthly recharges for various services

·       Support capital expenditure submissions and claims processes

·       Oversee our Customer Events Program and relationship management initiatives

·       Maintain our Salesforce platform and develop tailored retention strategies

·       Coordinate annual customer surveys and implement resulting action plans

 

 

 

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for: 

 

·       Minimum 5 years in Commercial, Industrial, or Retail property management

·       Strong knowledge of the Melbourne property market

·       Experience with building operations, service contracts, and procurement

·       Proven people management capabilities

·       Victorian Agents Representative Licence (essential)

·       Tertiary qualifications in property or related discipline (preferred)

·       Comprehensive understanding of lease structures, deal analysis, and outgoings recovery

·       Advanced MS Office skills with MRI experience preferred

·       Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

·       Exceptional customer service focus and attention to detail
