Your Will Be’s:
We are looking for a dynamic, consumer-obsessed Product Marketer to shape the future of our category portfolio. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a core growth role. You’ll be responsible for unlocking disproportionate growth by crafting and executing forward-thinking strategies rooted in consumer insight, product innovation, and sharp design sensibility.
The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking, creative intuition, and executional excellence — someone who deeply understands consumers, obsesses over visual and product design, and knows how to translate insight into action across the value chain.
Category Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the category. Own the annual business plan and category roadmap aligned with company goals. Spot growth opportunities and whitespace using sharp market, consumer, and channel intelligence.
Product Portfolio Management: Be the category’s design conscience — from product ID and packaging to digital communication and in-store presence. Work closely with design teams to ensure every consumer touchpoint is visually inspiring and aligned with our brand DNA. Bring a strong understanding of Gen Z visual culture, design trends, and storytelling formats.
Product Positioning & GTM Execution: Define unique positioning strategies for products in the category. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and trade teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Demand Generation: Drive demand creation through integrated marketing campaigns and activations. Constantly track trends, tech shifts, and competitor moves to inform product decisions.
Consumer Insights & Analytics: Conduct and analyze market research to understand consumer needs, behaviors, and preferences. Use insights to refine strategy, messaging, and product development.
Design Sensibility & Visual Aesthetics: Be the category’s design conscience — from product ID and packaging to digital communication and in-store presence. Work closely with design teams to ensure every consumer touchpoint is visually inspiring and aligned with our brand DNA. Bring a strong understanding of Gen Z visual culture, design trends, and storytelling formats.
The Ideal Noisemaker:
5–8 years of experience in category management, product marketing, or brand-building roles, ideally in high-growth or consumer-obsessed environments.
A growth-first mindset — someone who sees the category dashboards as their personal scoreboard.
A deep marketing mind – someone who thinks brand, user, and market, not just specs and features.Proven track record in managing product portfolios and launching new products.
Strong aesthetic and design sensibility – the ability to judge what will appeal to a Gen Z audience.A keen eye for design, visual storytelling, and user experience.
Experience or demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous, high-growth environments where clarity must be created, not found.
Prior experience in consumer tech, FMCG, or youth-led brands is a plus.
Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder influencing skills.
