We are seeking a seasoned and highly-driven User Acquisition Manager to fully own and scale our mobile marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to act as the “CEO” of your channel, leading user acquisition strategy for a portfolio of social casino gaming apps in the US.
You will be responsible for driving user growth, maximizing reach, and ensuring the profitability of campaigns. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and a proven track record of success in the mobile gaming industry. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to optimize all aspects of the user funnel.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Ownership – Own the end-to-end UA strategy, from budget allocation and channel selection to execution and optimization.
Budget Management – Manage budgets with accountability for performance. Conduct analysis on LTV, ROI, and cohorts to guide decisions and demonstrate business value.
Campaign Execution – Launch and optimize app traffic campaigns across ad networks and digital channels, focusing on acquiring high-quality users at scale.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with Product, ASO, CRO, Analytics, and Creative teams to align strategies and improve conversion and KPIs.
Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze performance data (including value and creative metrics) to identify trends and opportunities. Use platforms such as Appsflyer to derive actionable insights.
Innovation – Evaluate and implement new acquisition channels, emerging technologies, and data-driven tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
Goal Setting – Define KPIs with stakeholders, monitor performance, and report on the effectiveness of UA initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on mobile user acquisition (ideally in social gaming, gaming, or gambling).
Proven track record in managing app traffic campaigns and delivering significant user growth.
Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, player behavior, and industry trends.
Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data sets and optimize campaign performance.
Hands-on experience with IronSource, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and other key gaming ad networks.
