What You Will Be Doing  
This critical role will provide operational oversight and direction to the Peninsula Health Team who provide an AUFV specialist response at the Bayside Peninsula Area Orange Door. The Clinical Lead will also be responsible for fostering clinical excellence and supervising Grade 3 Social Workers at The Orange Door and also for other programs across Community Health where required. The role will be a constant presence across the three BPA Orange Door sites to support high quality practice, professional governance, operational fidelity and a flourishing staff group.

What You Need 
We anticipate you will have: 
•    Tertiary Qualification in Social Work and eligible for membership of Australian Association of Social Workers 
•   Extensive experience working as a qualified Social Worker 
•    Demonstrated advanced knowledge of the key drivers and gender based nature for both those using and experiencing harms associated with family violence
•    Advanced risk assessment and management skills as they relate to AUFV and MARAM
•    Significant experience in leading teams and managing operations related to the family violence, child wellbeing or family services sectors 
•    Proven interpersonal skills and a strong ability to build relationships and partnerships to further agency objectives and improve client outcomes. 
•    Highly developed verbal and written communication skills 
•    Initiative and accountability – take responsibility for own actions 
•    Demonstrated well developed organisational and administrative skills, including ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities.  
•    Experience in working within The Orange Door (desirable).

*Please refer to  Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
