ROLE

Dolce & Gabbana Stock Keeper E-commerce act as the point person for maintaining all inbound/outbound merchandise, as well as the maintenance and organization of all back-of-house stock and supply areas. This role will also support the fulfillment of online orders and the accuracy of inventory across digital platforms.

MISSION

• Management of stock to maximize productivity 
• Knowledge of all shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution 
• Merchandise received directly from vendors 
• Inter-store transfers, RTVs and damages 
• Client purchases, consignments, charge sends to other locations 
• Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments 
• Input and process all authorized merchandise into inventory through the Computer System 
• Maintains loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to Store policies 
• Role in controlling shortage through inventory management 
• Proper ticketing and sensor standards 

PROFILE

• 2+ years of retail operations experience 
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Overall organization and attention to detail 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally integrated retail environment
