Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Offer, this role leads initiatives across IT infrastructure and related areas while serving as a catalyst for transformation.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
· Coordinate and execute a wide array of IT-related projects.
· Analyze current IT processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks.
· Document existing processes and recommend changes to enable continuous improvement.
· Facilitate process mapping sessions with stakeholders to visualize opportunities for optimization.
· Partner with teams across the organization to understand goals and align tactics and strategies accordingly.
· Leverage technology to improve productivity, enable cost savings, enhance decision making, drive employee satisfaction, and enhance customer experience.
· Overcome challenges related to legacy technology, resource constraints, and resistance to change.
· Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
· Provide technical support and training to end-users.
· Stay abreast of technological advancements.
· Mitigate both technology risks and business risks to the organization.
· Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of attributes, skills, experience and knowledge which include:
· Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity while working to drive clarity.
· Ability to interpret business requirements and fully implement technology solutions that meet the requirements.
· Ability to efficiently and effectively overcome obstacles through diligence, leveraging resources, etc.
· Knowledge of and experience with IT infrastructure and related items.
· Pursuit of relevant education and professional certificates
Supplementary Information
The employee must be able to lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Requires sitting, bending, stooping, walking and stretching for extensive periods of time. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours. Requires range of body motion, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires frequent exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, toxic substances, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to work with a moderate noise level in the work environment is required.
