Job Title: Issue Resolution Technician (IRT) Specialist (MAPerformance)

Job Description
Our IRT Specialist is responsible for supporting resolution of issues found on customers' sales orders to prevent delays while resolving issues as needed to support product flow within the Wrightstown facility.


Job Duties

  • Responsible for reviewing issue first-hand and computing prices of items
  • Adjusts company inventory and maintains records of out-going purchase orders
  • Ensures accuracy of products on customer invoices
  • Complete order receipts
  • Allocate products from inventory to customer orders
  • Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
  • Place purchase orders to manufacturers to fulfill customer orders.
  • Input prices of items or groups of items.
  • Verify merchandise according to customer order and check for any flaws in merchandise
  • Replying to manufacturers via email
  • Learn and maintain procedures for labeling and shipping customer orders
  • Processes all new purchasing orders
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
  • Responsible for managing the inventory and ensuring accurate and detailed information is maintained
  • Communicate with various departments regarding product quality, specifications and availability
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Understanding of troubleshooting general issues and problematic situations
  • Straightforward tasks are completed in an acceptable standard with minimal supervision
  • Ability to use personal judgement to problem solve complex situations but supervision may be required for accurate completion

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • 6 months industry or related-work experience
  • Automotive background (preferred)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday plus weekends as needed.
