Clean Harbors located in Norwell, MA is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Parts Washer Property Tax Admin to support our finance team with a mix of administrative and light analytical tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with basic Excel functions and enjoys hands-on work such as mailings, document preparation, and invoice handling.

Responsibilities
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Print and organize personal property tax returns for leased parts washer.
Match checks with corresponding tax invoices and prepare them for mailing.
Stuff envelopes for outgoing tax returns and checks.
Assist with general mailings and document handling.
Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed by the finance team.
Qualifications
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, simple formulas).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial documents with discretion.
Comfortable with routine administrative tasks and physical document handling.
Prior experience in a finance or office support role is a plus, but not required.
