ADHD & Autism Psychological Services and Advocacy (AAPSA) is a well-established behavioral health practice with locations in Utica and Syracuse. We specialize in providing high-quality services to individuals with ADHD, autism, and related needs in a supportive, professional environment.

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Syracuse location.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Typical Hours:  3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Thursday; 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Friday  (may vary slightly)
• Location: Syracuse, NY
• Status: Part-time
• Hourly pay rate: $18/hour
  

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer, route, and document incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and communicate with provider offices
• Sort mail, scan documents, and maintain organized records
• Utilize our electronic medical record (EMR) system efficiently
• Support general administrative tasks related to behavioral health services

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Reliable transportation and availability during scheduled evening hours
