The Mechanical Engineering Manager will manage the moving pieces and people that keep the workflow of engineering running smoothly in the areas of automated assembly and advanced manufacturing for our aerospace and medical device industries. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader experienced in attracting, motivating, and leading a talented, diverse groups of engineers.
Success Criteria:
In this highly visible role, your career launch-pad is ready for takeoff! You will set technical requirements and direction for new and existing first-of-a-kind solutions alongside our Chief Engineers, sales, and estimating teams. Partnering with Controls Engineering and Project Management, you will assign resources to produce robust mechanical system designs with supporting aggressive project schedules. You will review and provide critical feedback to help ensure project success.

We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $120,000–140,000 annually and is bonus eligible.
