As a Unit Nurse Manager (RN/LPN), you will:
* Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
* Monitor to ensure appropriate and timely nursing documentation
* Communicate pertinent information regarding patient care and conditions to providers and patient representatives
* Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Qualifications for a Unit Nurse Manager (RN/LPN):
* Current RN/LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
* Current CPR Certification
* Previous managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
* Demonstrate excellent clinical, customer service, and leadership skills
* Long Term Care experienced preferred but not required
