Job Summary:  This position is responsible for responding to customers' needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency.  Must also provide prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities. This requires working independently, with specific direction or as a member of a team. Job is also responsible for set up orders for either daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up for charge and cash accounts.

 The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.

 Essential Functions:

·         Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission

·         Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

·         Adheres to contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations

·         Maintains all company equipment, warehouse environment, tools, and work areas in a good, clean, and working order

·         Completes all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction 

·         Completes all stock replenishment tasks in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure proper inventory status in parts warehouse; To be monitored by management observation and stock order analysis reports, as well as daily and year end physical inventories

·         Proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.  

·         Completes internal parts orders and identifies parts for return communicates job status to supervisor as needed

·         Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company.

·         Performs other duties as assigned

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·         General knowledge of equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance

·         Knowledge and proficiency with current computer software and related hardware

·         Operation and control skills of equipment or systems

·         Equipment selection skills by determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job

·         Ability to follow logical troubleshooting procedures

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

·         Knowledge of Warranty/Cores

·         Ability to operate the controls of a machine or a vehicle quickly and repeatedly to exact positions

·         Ability to be self-starting and self-motivated

·         Good verbal and written communication skills 

·         Ability to read, write, and understand information

·         Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences

Education and Experience:

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·         Up to two years of experience

Supervisory Responsibilities:

          None

 Travel:           

·        Within the area of responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

·         Significant amount of time standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, stooping, climbing, and reaching

·         Constant movement and use of hands, this position requires good manual dexterity

·         Communicates with customers, supervisor, manager, and co-workers

·         Routinely reacts to visual, auditory, and other signals including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work

·         Frequently lifts and moves materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.; must be able to move objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue

·         Ascends/descends with gradual or continuous progress by oneself, using both hands and feet and climbs up and down ladders and/or equipment

Work Environment:

·         Regularly works indoors around moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to weather extremes when working outside in conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity

·         Exposure to small quantities of chemicals, dust, steam, high-pressure water, and high-speed rotating equipment 

·         Exposure to high noise levels and body vibration

·         Works in an enclosed and open vehicle or equipment 

·         Requires wearing common protective or safety equipment 

·         Exposure to minor burns, cuts, bites, or stings
