Manufacturing Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative bei 2020 CMP

The position will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.  This position will work closely with our customers and other departments providing customer specific information and order entry. The qualified candidate will provide support to all customers for sales reporting, projects and other requirements as needed.  his is not a Retail Customer Service position.  This position will oversee 30 to 40 accounts and professional expertise is a must! 

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Must be professional and work in a positive manner. 
• Develop extensive knowledge/expertise of the products. 
• Cross train with all members of the department and be able to provide support while someone is out of the office. 
• Proactively follow-up with customers on inquiry status. Learn to enter and process customer orders, establish and maintain relationships with customers
• Update all Customer specific order instructions
• Communicate all critical information regarding customer complaints, quality issues and return inventory needs to the appropriate people/department.

Education and Requirements

1. Excellent user of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
2. Must have 3 years of Customer Service or Industrial Sales experience.
3. High organizational and communication skills
4. Strong mathematical skills
5. Plastics experience a plus.
