The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to respectfully assist people to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency through direct services, education, and community partnerships.
CAP is looking for a HUD Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager for our Auburn Office. The HUD Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager will deliver homeless intervention and case management services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, with the goal of securing safe, affordable housing and supporting long-term positive outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; or
- HS/GED with two years of case management experience required, preferably with HUD and homeless programs
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled for 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $20.41.
