Business Analyst, Control Manager Summary
In this role, you'll contribute to key business functions by analyzing data, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing operational processes. You'll collaborate across departments to evaluate solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Successful candidates will leverage their critical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis capabilities to help guide informed business decisions and drive organizational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Data Analysis //Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Process Improvement //Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Management and Support //Manage and support existing projects, including: planning, monitoring, and coordinating business activities within project timelines.
- Change Management //Support organizational change by analyzing impact, and preparing communication materials and SOPs.
- Solution Assessment //Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with project goals.
- SOX Compliance //Assists and verifies compliance with SOX controls for appropriate processes.
- Strategic Planning Support //Maintains organizational effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
Your Skillset
- Data Analysis //Proficient in the use of data analysis, having the ability to analyze, understand, and communicate data.
- Data Visualization //Demonstrable experience creating reports that provide meaningful insights into data.
- Data Analysis Tools //Experienced in the use of data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Project Management //Verifiable experience managing projects and coordinating with teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Compliance and Regulatory Awareness //Knowledgeable in SOX controls and compliance procedures.
- Communication //Demonstrable ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals across varying mediums of communication.
- Strategic and Critical Thinking Skills //Possess the ability to think strategically and critically to develop solutions to complex problems.

Minimum Qualifications
- A(n) Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field, and at least one (1) year of experience in a professional setting. An equivalent amount of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internal Audit //Two years of internal audit experience.
Salary and Schedule
- Salary //Salary will be decided based on experience.
- Schedule //Full-Time; On-Site; Monday - Friday; 08:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
