We are seeking caring and dedicated Personal Support Companions to provide non-medical assistance and companionship to clients in their homes or care settings.

Job Summary

The Personal Support Companion plays a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and offering emotional support. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Requirements

Candidate must be able to work the following:

• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Daily companion shifts per client
• Weekdays- Weekends
• 12-32 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients

• Accompany clients on errands, appointments, or walks

• Assist with daily routines and non-medical personal care

• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or environment

• Follow the client’s care plan and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or personal assistance is a plus

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

• Must pass a background check

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
