We’re currently looking for Adult Companion Care in North Richland Hills , TX (76180)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to assist a 66-year-old woman in North Richland Hills (Hometown neighborhood). Due to mobility limitations, she needs support with weekly household chores. This is primarily a companion/home aide role rather than direct medical care, though prior experience with physical therapy is a plus.
Schedule: Family schedule is flexible
- 1x per week
- Any day Monday-Sunday
- Between the hours of 9am–7pm
- 3 to 4 hours per day
Start date: ASAP
End date: Tentative – 6 months (may extend)
Rate: $22/hr
1 adult: 66 year old female
Responsibilities
- Assist with household chores such as vacuuming, dishes, laundry (including carrying baskets), and taking out the trash
- Offer companionship and assistance as needed with daily tasks
- Light pet interaction (two friendly cats occasionally in the home; no care required unless comfortable helping with litter box)
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2+ years of experience in adult care, home aide, or related field
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Ability to pass background check and social media screening
- Provide 2 professional care-related references
- Must be comfortable around cats
- Experience supporting individuals with mobility challenges
- Familiarity with physical therapy exercises or rehab support
Compensation + Benefits
This position pays $22 per hour. Client is seeking assistance once a week, with flexible scheduling. This is a short-term (approx. 6 months) but may extend depending on needs.
