Job Title: Supported Housing Specialist
Rate: $18.50 hr. Top Notch Benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (One late night 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. )
$2,500 Retention Bonus

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, culturally responsive, adaptable, and passionate about making a tangible difference in people's lives.
What You’ll Do
- • Partner with individuals to support housing stability, goal setting, and personal growth
- • Selectively provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, and other essential destinations
- • Assist with rent collection and help tenants build financial and daily living skills
- • Collaborate on creating inclusive tenant engagement activities, monthly newsletters, and community-building efforts
- • Support job readiness initiatives including job fairs, assisting job coaches, and linking tenants with workforce development opportunities
- • Coordinate with community partners to offer skill-building workshops on topics such as budgeting, meal prep, tenant rights, and more
- • Help resolve conflicts, reinforce personal responsibility, and promote self-advocacy
- • Provide backup support to case managers when needed
- • Accurately document tenant interactions and progress while maintaining confidentiality and respect
Who You Are
- • A reliable vehicle and a valid, insurable driver’s license
- • At least 2 years of related experience in human services, housing support, or community work
- • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- • Comfortable navigating diverse communities and sensitive to cultural differences
- • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- • Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) — highly valued in our multicultural community
