Cafeteria Worker I - Oak Mesa School bei Bonita Unified School District

BASIC FUNCTION: Under supervision, maintain food services facilities and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition; set up and serve food.

KNOWLEDGE OF: • Methods of heating, storing and preparing related food items • Sanitation and safety principles applicable to food serving and kitchen maintenance • Basic kitchen utensils and equipment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High School or equivalent • Some experience in quantity food preparation and kitchen maintenance is desirable • Food service handler’s certificate required

Oak Mesa Elementary School 3.5 Hours Per Day Monday - Friday Split Shift 7:30 am - 8:00 am and 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
