TITLE:  School Psychologist

REPORTS TO:  Director of Special Education

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  10 Month, 191.5 days/yr., salary in accordance with HHEF Bargaining Agreement

BENEFITS:  Eligible, 3 personal days, 10 sick days

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:

• Experience in administering psycho-educational, social-emotional, and cognitive assessments to a diverse population, including appropriate documentation of the process and the filing of timely, accurate reports
• Experience in supporting the MTSS process, intervention development and implementation, data collection, and data analysis
• Ability to conduct meaningful Functional Behavior Assessments and support the development and implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans
• Ability to effectively communicate, consult, and collaborate with students, families, staff, and other community stakeholders
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language
• Ability to manage time and to complete assigned tasks in an organized and efficient manner

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:   Valid Pennsylvania Certification: School Psychologist PK-12 and required PA clearances, Doctorate and Specialist level candidates with minimum of three years experience highly preferred
