Overview
Responsible for co-creation, planning, implementation, financial management, and oversight of state-wide workforce development program supporting psychiatric nurse practitioners and masters level clinicians in achieving masters’ degrees and subsequent licensure through a coordinated system supporting clinical preceptors.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling/Therapy, Social Work or Addictions Counseling from an accredited institution of higher education, including an internship meeting professional licensure standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement, project management, and supervisory skills.
- Clinical supervision experience with students and other professionals.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) in New Hampshire and Vermont
