What exactly you will be doing

As a Hotel Bars Manager (Beverage Manager), you will oversee the daily operations of our bars, ensuring efficient service of food and beverages aligned with company standards. With your innovative flair and thorough knowledge of market-leading wines, spirits, and beers, you will add a mixologist’s touch to our cocktail menu. You will also be responsible for maintaining financial control and driving profitability while thriving in a bustling environment.

Passionate about delivering warm, intuitive service, you will be committed to managing and motivating your team to provide the highest level of service while nurturing their personal and professional development. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent customer care abilities, and a skill for organisation, we’d love to see how your enthusiasm can shine.

Does the below sound like you?

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating magical memories for both our guests and colleagues.
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level required in reading, listening, writing and speaking).
  • At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. 
  • A qualification in Hospitality studies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on employee motivation and development.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with experience in scheduling, shift planning, and daily operations management. 
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mind-set with great attention to detail 
  • Confident decision-maker who remains calm under pressure and leads by example during peak service times. 
  • Able to implement service standards and training to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
