What exactly you will be doing
Does the below sound like you?
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating magical memories for both our guests and colleagues.
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level required in reading, listening, writing and speaking).
- At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- A qualification in Hospitality studies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on employee motivation and development.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with experience in scheduling, shift planning, and daily operations management.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mind-set with great attention to detail
- Confident decision-maker who remains calm under pressure and leads by example during peak service times.
- Able to implement service standards and training to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
