The Role:
We are looking for a creative and highly organised Culture & Influencer Associate to support our global influencer and cultural marketing initiatives. This is an incredible opportunity for an emerging talent to learn and grow within a fast-paced, design-led tech company. You will play a crucial role in executing our global strategy, from identifying new creators to managing day-to-day campaign activities. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Global Culture & Influencer, and work closely with regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of global influencer campaigns. This includes everything from drafting creative briefs and managing content approvals to coordinating product seeding and tracking campaign timelines.
- Talent Discovery & Outreach: Actively research and identify up-and-coming influencers, creators, and cultural figures who align with the Nothing brand. Support the Senior Manager in building and maintaining relationships with this talent.
- Project Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between the global team and regional marketing leads, helping to distribute resources, toolkits, and best practices. Help manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Performance Support: Assist in gathering and analyzing campaign data to help evaluate effectiveness against KPIs. Support the Senior Manager in preparing performance reports for leadership.
- Administrative & Operational Tasks: Manage the influencer database, handle communication with talent and partners, and support contract negotiation and budget tracking.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, new platforms, and cultural moments. Flag new opportunities for the brand to the wider team.
- Affiliate Program Support: Help manage the day-to-day operations of our influencer affiliate program, including onboarding new partners and tracking performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in influencer & culture marketing.
- A strong passion for the tech, design, and culture industries.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An innate curiosity and a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of how influencers operate.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of affiliate programs and how they work.
