About your role

The Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics Practice is seeking experienced Programme Managers and Project Managers to support the delivery phase of a major commercial retail initiative, with a specific focus on Range & Space and Pricing & Promotion workstreams.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complexity of project delivery, including coordination across clients, third parties, internal service lines, and offshore delivery teams.

Requirements

·        Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

·        Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

·        Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel

·        Strong and proven Project & Program Management experience with large transformation projects

·        Proven record of handing 5-10M projects with cross functional workstream

·        Very solid people engagement and problem solving skills in a complex cross functional ecosystem

·        Proven stakeholder management skills with Director level stakeholders – IT and business

·        Ability to manage budgets and commercial problem solving from program delivery perspective

·        Solid communication skills – need proven record of managing difficult conversations and running program boards with IT, Business and vendor leadership teams

·        Proven record of managing vendor relationships and negotiating with third party vendors as required.

·        Ability to forecast plans, delivery plans within budget in a practical non-ideal environments

·        Understanding of Retail Commercial business – Pricing & Promotion, Range & Space

·        Experience of Relex or similar tools implementation for another Retailers

·        Ability to work with offshore teams
