WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Review and assess customer creditworthiness through financial analysis and credit checks

· Coordinate security registrations, legal name searches, and ensure proper documentation for equipment transactions

· Confirm financing arrangements with banks or institutions and process credit card payments for deposits

· Approve or escalate credit approvals in line with authority limits (AFD)

· Maintain complete and accurate credit files; support internal and external audits

· Identify and escalate issues related to financing, installation, or documentation

· Generate weekly and monthly reports to track delays or process bottlenecks

· Participate in team meetings and support continuous process improvement

WHAT YOU BRING

· Bilingual in French and English is required (spoken and written)

· Post-secondary education in Accounting required

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; background in accounting and credit an asset

· Strong credit analysis skills, with the ability to assess credit risk and interpret credit history

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction

· Proven problem-solving ability in equipment and lease-related transactions

· High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processing
