Under general supervision, works as a liaison between HR Centers of Expertise (COE) and the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team to lead human resources business process projects. Provides advanced systems and policy knowledge and advice to Company leadership on process execution. Liaises with end users to identify user requirements and create recommendations for process efficiency. Designs, develops, and documents advanced business practices and processes. Designs and delivers manager user training. May mentor others. A completion of an undergraduate degree in human resources management, business administration, management information systems, or similar disciplines is required and a minimum of 5 years experience in human resources.
