Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Data Analyst with a strong background in salary structures, sales incentives, and analytical reporting. This role will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing compensation models to ensure competitive and performance-driven pay structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain compensation analytics dashboards for salary and incentive programs.
  • Analyze sales incentive plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare compensation structures with industry standards.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize salary and incentive strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales teams to refine compensation models.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare executive-level reports on compensation trends and effectiveness.
  • Support annual salary reviews and incentive plan adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge of sales incentive structures and compensation modeling.
  • Experience with Workday and/or other HRIS and compensation management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
