What you’ll do

Join Vodafone’s Digital & IT team at VOIS, a global organisation of over 16,000 employees driving transformation across Europe and beyond. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by leading the people agenda for key areas within Digital & IT. You’ll partner with senior leaders to enhance organisational and team effectiveness, build future skills and leadership capabilities, and foster a diverse and inclusive culture. Your work will span strategic talent management, employee engagement, and capability development, while also driving cross-functional global projects and transformation programmes. From coaching leaders to delivering insight-led people solutions, you’ll be at the heart of our evolution into a competitive commercial enterprise.
Who you are
- A commercially savvy HR professional with broad experience across the HR spectrum
- Proven ability to support complex organisational transformation in global matrixed environments
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
- Analytical thinker with the intellectual agility to learn quickly and challenge the status quo
- Experience in talent development, organisational design, and driving diversity and inclusion
- Familiarity with Telco and IT business models and labour markets is advantageous
- HR qualifications are desirable but not essential
