Responsibilities:  (Must Have)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive field
  • Background in the OE Certification space
  • Working knowledge of how OE Programs operate
  • Ensure each OE brand remains in compliance while providing support to our certified Teams 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word, and the ability to create spreadsheets 
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills required to foster relationships with the OE brands and our third-party vendors
  • Ability to coach and mentor shop staff on processes and training requirements for OE Certification
  • Ability to read KPI data and know how to coach the shop on how to improve these metrics
  • The Position is remote, but requires up to 25% travel.

 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • OE renewals, audits, and gap reports.
    • Confirm shop rosters are current
      • Assist shops with their logins, passwords, and certification program compliance
    • Manage any required training (OE website or I-CAR)
      • Confirm enrollment of courses
      • Check completion of courses
      • Ensure any travel needs have been arranged prior to the course dates for live training
      • Collaborate with internal I-CAR team on any welding needs for certifications
    • Prepare shops for their upcoming OE audits to ensure minimal gap items
    • Review the photo proof sent by the shop before the items are sent to the OE to clear a gap
  • OE Compliance.
    • Verify all profiles within the OE websites show current data:
      • Shop name
      • Tier level
      • Entegra OE profiles
      • Check the Classic Collision website, Carwise, and OE locator sites to make sure all OE logos are correct per certified shop, quarterly
      • Ability to research and provide OE partners with documentation as requested for certification needs
    • Collaboration and strategic planning for OE growth 
    • Build relationships with our OE partners

Physical & Environmental

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear.  The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time.
