    • Lead system trade studies, risk assessments, and architecture reviews to guide decision-making.
    • Define data flows, processing pipelines, safety requirements, and system interfaces across autonomy, controls, and power domains.
    • Support design validation, field integration, and iterative system improvements.
    • Serve as a technical leader who ensures big-picture cohesion while enabling detailed technical execution.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and relevant professional experience
    • Working knowledge of analytic tools, such as ANSYS, MathCad, Solidworks
    • Working knowledge of core engineering concepts, including, but not limited to, mechanics, materials science, and fluid dynamics
    • Proven experience with product development and the entirety of the product life cycle

    • Have 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, architecture, or cross-domain product development.
    • Bring hands-on expertise in system-level design that integrates sensors, compute, and controls.
    • Excel at leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
    • Are comfortable balancing conceptual architecture with hands-on technical problem-solving.
    • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Are energized by tackling interdisciplinary challenges in autonomy, robotics, or advanced vehicle systems.
