Physician Recruiter bei OCLI Vision

Exciting opportunity for a Physician Recruiter with strong sourcing expertise to join OCLI Vision, one of the largest and most respected ophthalmology networks in the Northeast!

Responsibilities:

· Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers and clinical leaders to identify physician and provider staffing needs.

· Source top-tier ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare providers through proactive outreach, networking, and creative strategies.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.

· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.

· Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to track, manage, and report recruitment progress

· Utilize marketing and branding resources to actively promote OCLI Vision’s opportunities, expand candidate reach, and strengthen our presence in the physician recruitment market.

· Establish relationships with Residency and Fellowship programs and their participants, by engaging with them through events, dinners, and setting up peer relationships.

· Represent OCLI Vision at professional association meetings, residency/fellowship program events, and industry events.

Location:

Based at Garden City, NY headquarters or other OCLI Vision offices in NY, NJ, CT, and PA. Hybrid work arrangement possible.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· You have 3+ years recruiting experience.

· You have a proven track record of recruiting Physician or executive level candidates.

· You have experience establishing recruiting programs and relationships with universities.

· You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder.

· Experience recruiting in healthcare preferred.
