Sonographer - Ultrasound, Echo, Vascular - Weekend Only bei Regional West Health Services

Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We are actively looking for a caring individual to join the team as a Sonographer - Ultrasound, Echo, Vascular.

To serve this mission, this position will perform the technical and clerical duties of an Sonographer - Ultrasound, Echo, Vascular in Imaging Services.  

As an Sonographer - Ultrasound, Echo, Vascular, you will:

• Perform all ultrasound exams and protocols, including interventional exams
• Maintain open and collaborative working relationships with staff and physicians in order to maintain a pleasant work environment 
• Properly and efficiently manage patient flow and exams independently while utilizing computer systems such as PACS
• Consistently apply infection control policies/practices
• Develop and maintain technical skills to perform Stress ECG’s, using the appropriate equipment required for the test. Place the test results in the proper area to be interpreted by the physician.
• Develop and maintain the proper skill to perform Transesophageal Echocardiograms. Working closely with the physician to obtain the information needed, during this procedure.

You may be a good fit if you have:

• CCI/RCS or ARDMS/RDCS certification required
• RDMS & RVT required within 18 months of employment 
• BLS certification
• One year experience preferred
