We are seeking an entry-level Human Resources Coordinator. This individual will help manage the day-to-day functions of the HR Department and facilitate HR processes. This position offers a great opportunity to advance in HR and offers a competitive salary with great benefits. This is an ideal first career step for a recent business or HR grad; especially one who has a passion for golf and/or the food and beverage business!
Responsibilities include the following:
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence as needed
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual audits on company procedures and processes
- Prepare daily reports to assist and guide business operations
- Manage and own HRIS and HR filing system
- Conduct HRIS audits, run routine reports, troubleshoot problems, and maintain integrity of the data housed in the system
- Act as first point of contact for HR-related issues
- Process employee terminations and ensure closeout with managers
- Provide communications and meeting support for large company-wide meetings to the SVP of people who oversees these events (slide creation, meeting tech and logistics, speaker coordination)
- Provide project management support for strategic projects
- Leverage AI and other emerging technologies to drive efficiencies within the people function as we scale this rapidly growing business!
Required Qualifications:
- HR internship or related field
- Super user of google suites - meeting, sheets, etc.
- Tech savvy
- Project management skills (Asana, etc)
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks under tight deadlines, exceptional organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a desire to grow with the company
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: The salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000.
The role is located in-office in our NYC corporate headquarters.
