Description
Pay: Range starts at $16.50/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Shift Differential: offered for Swing and Overnight shifts starting at an additional $2.00/hr
Schedule: This is an as-needed position with variable scheduling, offering coverage across all shifts - day, swing, and overnight - Sunday through Saturday, based on operational need & your availability

Job Summary & Deliverables
The Behavioral Health Technician assists the multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide therapeutic and daily living services and structure to clients within a modified therapeutic community. The BHT also supports the workflow of the milieu and assists with de-escalation and emotional regulation.
- Models and teaches independent living skills
- Interacts with clients, observes behaviors, and communicates significant observations to treatment team
- Distributes medications and follows medication management procedures
- Collects urine analysis screens
- Performs routine room and living-area inspections
- Completes and maintains required documentation

- Two years of behavioral health or social services experience
