About the Role
As an Installer with Closet America, you’ll bring beauty, organization, and joy to customers' homes through precision-built closet systems. We’ll train you the right way—through hands-on and classroom instruction—so you can grow quickly from Helper to full Installer. If you’re a problem solver who takes pride in great work, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
Start each day with a pre-check of your van and materials
Install custom organization systems in customer homes
Follow Closet America’s proven processes and quality standards
Work safely and neatly, protecting customers’ homes
Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day
Clean up and review the finished product with the homeowner
Complete final paperwork and collect payment as needed
Key Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required
Woodworking or finish carpentry experience preferred
Ability to interpret design drawings and recognize parts and assemblies
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
Strong attention to detail—able to measure and install to the millimeter
Organized, systematic, and professional in appearance and conduct
Willing to work at least 2 weekends per month
Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement
