Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting functions associated with billing vehicle deals, including preparing invoices and issuing credit memos.
  • Post bank proceeds to the general ledger.
  • Audit car deals to ensure accuracy and compliance with all company policies.
  • Process time-sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation accurately and expeditiously.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for sales commissions.
  • Monitor and reconcile general ledger schedules.
  • Process and submit warranties and aftermarket warranties.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:  

  • Experience in dealership billing or another dealership accounting role is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Understanding of accounting principles is helpful.  
  • Proficient with computers and technology; strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.  
  • Exceptional attention to detail to identify and correct errors in car deals.
  • High level of organization and time management skills to effectively manage your workload.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment:

This is an in-office role offering a Monday – Friday schedule.
