Job Title: Houseperson
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in designated areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role requires a proactive approach to housekeeping tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and meetings as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Monitor and restock supplies in common areas to ensure availability.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
