Summary of Duties:

The Human Resources Generalist II executes core HR functions with increased autonomy and partners with leadership to support employee lifecycle activities and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assigns, Tracks, and documents employee compliance with required training; Partners with managers to address gaps.

•Facilitates background checks, onboarding, and orientation processes.

•Leads employee engagement initiatives, including recognition and retention programs.

•Administers core HR programs 

•Serves as a resource for employees and managers, addressing moderate to complex HR questions.

•Observes and supports employee investigations and disciplinary actions.

•Supports audits and ensures company practices align with employment laws and HR best practices.

•Stays informed on HR trends, legal updates, and system improvements.

•Coaches supervisors on HR policy

•Maintains and regularly audits HRIS and employee file integrity and accuracy.

•Assists with HR project implementation and data reporting.
