LPN Med Surg Department - Roosevelt - Full time bei Uintah Basin Medical Center

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical and ICU setting. Communicates with physicians/Nurse Managers/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, can perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

• Current BLS certification.
• Active LPN license.

 This is for a full-time night shift position
