JOB SUMMARY

Under the general supervision of the Director of Compliance, performs advanced-level responsible and complex administrative tasks.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide data entry assistance by entering complex data into excel spreadsheets and online reporting systems.
  • Create and/or modify various documents using Office 365 applications.
  • Retrieve and distribute various reports, rent rolls, and other documents.
  • Make photocopies and scan documents.
  • Assist the Department in meeting multiple and often simultaneous deadlines.
  • Communicate and follow-up with a portfolio of properties for file corrections and other documentation.
  • Write and distribute information via email.
  • Maintains, processes, sorts and electronically files documents numerically, alphabetically or according to other pre-determined classification criteria.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Proficiency with computers; email and software applications including Excel, MSWord, and Adobe Acrobat; keyboarding; and 10-key type data entry.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a deadline driven, open office environment.
  • Knowledge of the LIHTC program or other affordable housing program is preferred. Knowledge of management systems and procedures preferred.
