Your Role:
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties necessary for the Parenting program and its staff.
- Maintain closed file storage ensuring all files are correctly logged on the spreadsheet and boxed correctly.
- Responsible for routine file maintenance, including scanning documents and uploading them to Apricot for direct staff as needed.
- Attend all STL office specific and Parenting program meetings. Take minutes at meetings.
- Provide support to front desk team in greeting & supporting guests
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience.
- Associates degree in a business, or secretarial field preferred.
- Practical knowledge of office computer programs, including Word & Excel.
- A mission driven individual, who fully embraces and models LFCS values and can forge a mutually respectful partnership with team members.
- Organized, independent, team player, proactive & takes initiative
