Purpose of Position:

Manage the clinic operations in the Sub-Regional clinic, monitoring the efficiency, overseeing the supply, maintenance and building use functions; Coordinate with all clinical providers: Assist with grant writing and management.

Uphold the organization’s vision, mission, and corporate values. Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with organization’s policies, procedures, code of conduct and work rules.

Essential Functions:

• Working closely with the clinical staff, provide operational support within the clinic to ensure efficiency while providing the best possible care to patients

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintaining appropriate supply inventory and the check and balances for maintaining accuracy and safety of medications, etc.

• Coordinate with staff that provide the various services in the clinic to network and streamline the delivery of the healthcare where possible

• Perform seasoned administrative work in support of the village clinic to include, but not limited to, data entry, following up on patient concerns, grant management, etc.

• Work closely with the supervisors that the clinic staff report to making sure that communication is clear and expectations are met

• Develop, implement policies and procedures and manage building useage, upgrades, changes and modifications, making recommendations to leadership and working with the appropriate departments when necessary

• Perform other duties as assigned

∙Travel is done using snowmobile, all terrain vehicle, or boat
