Job Overview:The Subservicing Client Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with mortgage loan subservicing clients. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved, and performance expectations are achieved. The Subservicing Client Manager will build strong relationships with clients, provide proactive support, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
A Typical Day:• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned subservicing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and escalations.
• Schedule and facilitate regular client meetings to review performance of portfolio, discuss any issues and provide updates on current initiatives or projects.
• Proactively identify and address potential areas of improvement and expansion of service.
• Monitor key performance indicators for clients portfolios, including delinquency rates, call volumes, customer satisfaction scores and other relevant metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client-specific issues or escalations, coordinating with internal teams to identify solutions and communicate progress to client.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, facilitate effective communication between the client and internal teams, and ensure alignment and understanding of client needs.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.
● Possesses in-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing operations and regulations, gained through at least 5 years of experience
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
● Demonstrates strong business acumen and comfortably interacts with executive-level management
● Adept at analyzing complex situations and identifying effective solutions
● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams
● Contributes positively to a team environment, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and commitment to shared goals
● Takes initiative and consistently strives for successful outcomes
● Proficient in Google Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) for effective communication and data management
● Comfortable using Lucid Charts for process visualization and documentation

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
