A Spa Supervisor understands how important that experience is and takes the steps necessary to ensure that every aspect of cleanliness, quality, and ambience are flawless from the moment a guest walks in. Responsible for overseeing the spa staff, this individual enjoys being a leader and thrives in an environment where hospitality and well-being go hand in hand.
Requested Tasks
-Knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and products to assist in training
-Ensure team is aware of health and safety procedures, reporting any observed safety issues
-Inspect treatment rooms to ensure they are clean and well stocked
-Assist the Spa Director as and when required
Requested Capabilities
-Prior experience in a spa environment highly preferred
-Approachable and personable personality; guest-first mentality
-Keen eye for organization and detail
