At Superior Auto, Inc., Regional Managers plan and lead the activities of all stores within a region. You will coach and develop your General Managers in all areas of dealership operations. These areas include staffing, new hire training, dealership and staff presentation, vehicle sales and ensuring customer payments are collected utilizing our Progressive Collections guidelines. By ensuring effective dealership operations, you will help your teams drive to meet sales and collections goals to deliver expected operating profits.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure dealerships are utilizing the Superior Auto Sales Manual
- Ensure staff is experiencing a great culture, focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Attain monthly and annual sales and collections goals
- Validate that the Dealership Presentation Guidelines and Sales Manual are effectively utilized in each dealership, resulting in superior inventory presentation and management
- Ensure effective scheduling, in accordance with company guidelines
- Continued development of staff through proactive recruitment, selection and training
- Partner with Marketing and the Dealership Teams to identify and develop business partnerships that lead to growth expectations
- Monitor Regional and Dealership business metrics to identify areas for improvement. In conjunction with General Managers, create and execute plans for improvement.

Experience and Education
- Four years Multi-Unit Leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
